This house boasts a fascinating history dating back over 100 years. Once a garden between two buildings, it was built in 1914 by a developer for his daughter, in a model inspired by a doll house. It was later acquired by a Portuguese immigrant who added hand-painted tiles to the kitchen, later retrieved by the Portuguese museum after his passing.

Subsequently, the house was transformed into a theater by a film professor and later housed a family of dance and theater professors from New York. More recently, it was acquired by a couple passionate about stained glass making, who added a personalized touch with a magnificent stained glass above the door, bearing the number 1380.
