a) The 1st month of rent will be paid as soon as the promise to lease is accepted and will be paid to Groupe Sutton Centre-Ouest inc; b) Small animals only, to be discussed on a case-by-case basis with the owners; c) Non-smoking apartment; d) The Tenant will provide proof of insurance, proof of employment, and bank references.
