The Lessees are responsible for any breakage of the glass or damage to the screens.- If the Lessees go on vacation during the winter heating season, which is from October 1st until April 30th, then they are required to keep the entire dwelling heated at a minimum temperature of 65 degrees Fahrenheit or 18.3 degrees Celsius (“Minimum Winter Temperature”) in order to ensure that no pipes burst in the dwelling. If damage is caused to the dwelling as a result of the Lessees failure to maintain the Minimum Winter Temperature, the Lessees will be solely responsible for all necessary repairs or renovations in relation to same.
