Maude Brien

A real estate broker for nearly a decade, Maude Brien grew up in a family deeply rooted in real estate brokerage. Immersed in this world from a young age, she quickly developed an instinctive understanding of the market, clients, and their challenges—a path that led naturally to her profession. Over the years, she has built a highly active business in the upscale sectors of the South Shore, based primarily on referrals and trust, a model that speaks to the strength of her approach.

Her taste for refinement also took shape early on, as she accompanied her father—who worked in the high-end architectural products industry—while he served a distinguished clientele in the neighborhoods of Westmount and Outremont. From childhood, she developed a passion for noble materials, exceptional architecture, and the importance of impeccable client service.

Before becoming a broker, Maude studied social work and participated in various humanitarian efforts, including a trip to Haiti. These experiences shaped her approach: empathetic, human, and rooted in attentive listening. Described as driven and persistent, she advocates for her clients’ interests with transparency, consistency, and sincere dedication.

A devoted mother and stepmother, Maude draws from her personal experience to understand family realities and support each person with care and accuracy.
